March 22nd Newsletter

Hello St Leo Families,

 

Thanks to all the families that participated in hot dog day this past week.  I labelled that incorrectly last week.  The funds raised will go towards this year’s Grade 8 trip.

 

Best wishes to St. Leo’s Co-Ed Ice Hockey team which will be competing this Tuesday March 26th at the TCDSB Tournament to be held at CanLan Ice Sports-York University!  Go Lions Go!

 

Below are all the updates you need for the coming weeks:

  1. Friday March 29th is civvies day.  Don’t forget your twoonie (though you can always pay for civvies day with cash on-line)

  2. The junior volleyball tournaments will be held on Wednesday April 3rd for boys and Thursday April 4th for girls.

Reminders in case you missed them the first time:

  1. Community Partner Royal York Football Club would like you to know about their upcoming summer camps.  Camps are for girls and boys ages 5-14 and run on the following weeks - July 8-11, July 22-26, August 12-16 and August 26-30.  See attached flyer and find out more at royalyorkfc.com

  2. 22 Division Toronto Police Service and 22 Community Police Liaison Committee invite you to attend the Pro Action Cops and Kids Open House and Free BBQ on Saturday, May 25, 2019, 11:00 am – 2:00 pm at 3699 Bloor Street W. (West of Islington Avenue). See attached flyer.
