Hello St Leo Community!

 

Best wishes to our Intermediate Boys and Girls Volleyball teams as they compete at the Divisional level this Tuesday November 6th and Wednesday November 7th.  Go Lions Go! 

 

Clocks Fall Back on November 4!  Don’t forget to turn your clocks back an hour before you go to bed.

 

Below are all the updates you need for the coming weeks:

  1. November 5th-9th is Treaties Recognition Week.  Treaties Recognition Week the first week of November every year. It was introduced in 2016 to honour the importance of treaties and to help Ontarians learn more about treaty rights and treaty relationships. Ontario is covered by 46 treaties.

  2. Photo retakes will take place on Tuesday November 13th starting at approximately 9:15 am.

  3. Parent Teacher Interviews will be held Wednesday November 14th and Thursday November 15th between 5:30– 8:00 pm

  4. Cookie Dough orders will be delivered to the school for pick up on November 15th

  5. The last spirit wear sale of the year will take place during parent teacher interviews on the evening of November 15th

Reminders in case you missed them the first time:

  1. The St Leo fundraising/community event with the Marlies on December 2nd (see attachment).  Tickets are priced at $25.00.  Tickets include an after game skate on the Marlies’ ice.   Please fill in the form and return it to the school with funds.  You can pay by cash or cheque (made out to St. Leo CSPC), or purchase your tickets on-line (www.schoolcashonline.com).  If you use the cash on-line system – please still send in your order form to the school so we can line up $ with names for issuing tickets.  The class selling the most Marlies tickets will be rewarded with an ice cream sundae party!!!
