Good evening St. Leo Community!  So many wonderful things to report this week!

Thank you to all for a very fruitful CSPC mid year budget meeting on Wednesday.  Approved minutes will be on the website shortly but include necessary iPad cases (for our newly acquired iPads), Markus performance for the Primary and Junior students, scoreboard, greening funds, continued funding for our sports teams, buses and financial support for Wellness day.  Our CSPC charitable donation to the Lakeshore Syrian Committee will be a very generous $500.00.

A little word on Fundraising....
You may or may not know that fundraising is a critical part of any elementary school and that the TCDSB simply does not cover the "extras" that enhance our children's learning environment.  The more fruitful our fund-raising the more every child at the school benefits. While we have an excellent team of volunteers planning this year, we need all families, teachers and staff to jump on board to help make our two remaining events a success.  These events require very little financial output from our families but are more about attending the events, volunteering time, sourcing items that can be put up for auction, and donating used stuffies and small toys for prizes.  Any and all help is appreciated.

On that note...

Save the date for the 1st annual St. Leo Community Night and Silent Auction at the Maple Leaf restaurant on April 16th.  Tickets are open to the Community, are $10.00 each and include appetizers and entertainment.  Check out the attachment for a catalogue of items we have so far available for bid.  Please email if you have anything that you are able to put up for auction, if you have any questions about how the silent auction works or if you are able to help sell tickets.

Teachers please remember to submit classroom expense allotment to Tania.  Please place receipts in CSPC mailbox.
